I specialise in women's fitness for the over 50s. With a passion for supporting women to lead healthy and active lives. I understand the unique challenges that come with aging, and I am committed to empowering my clients to achieve their fitness goals.

My approach to fitness is holistic, considering not just physical strength but also mental and emotional well-being. I believe exercise should be enjoyable and sustainable, and I tailor my training programs to meet the individual needs and preference of each client.
